- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for exchange.

Products bought during sale or clearance events are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
